I attended a book talk by Paul Selig, a clairvoyant and spiritual channel for The Guides. During the talk, Paul stated, "What you bless, blesses you. What you damn, damns you in return." It can be challenging to bless those who hurt or betray us when we only want to damn them. But it may just be the key to our freedom. This podcast was released three years ago, and I am sharing it again today because of its powerful and timely message.
Many of us feel stuck. We believe that we will never be free of our past to create something new and wonderful. But when we think like this, we forget about the magic of creative causation -- our ability to think and act in a way that frees us from our past and helps us create a new future. Listen to this podcast to find the freedom to pursue your goals and be free to make them happen!
When we fear the unknown, we often choose what we think is safe over our dreams. We compromise the life we want for a certainty that doesn't even exist. Listen to this podcast to find the strength and resilience to trust that you can handle whatever comes your way.
One of the most critical aspects of our well-being is knowing that we are okay. Yet, sometimes we feel negative about ourselves. We might even start to believe that everyone other than us is valuable and worthy! Listen to this podcast to find your okayness. It might be as easy as opening up to the possibility that "Maybe I'm Okay, Maybe You're Okay."
Stress, Fear, or Self-doubt? What stands between you and a more meaningful life? Listen to this podcast to remember that your desires and dreams are real, but you might have a false belief about what and how they need to happen. So open your heart and take one step towards your destiny!
Did you ever think that if you got everything you wanted right now, you wouldn't have room for it all? Listen to this podcast to reassess your goals and your life today. Maybe it is time to add some new adventures to your life, or Maybe your plate is packed with tremendous blessings. Even if you still have goals that haven't happened yet, your dreams can still come true in the future!
Sometimes life is stressful. As much as we want to hold our peace and keep life at a joyful pace, things around us are often speeding up--whether it's the demands at our job, obligations with our friends, or problems with a child or parent. Listen to this podcast to learn how to find an internal rhythm so that you can seek balance regardless of outside circumstances or at least find a place within to go back to you whenever you need.
The most important thing to remember during challenging times is that uncertainty is our best friend. If we want our lives to get better, if we're going to make changes in the world, or if we want to achieve our dreams, it all happens in the unknown future. So no matter what you face today, don't let anyone steal your hope because, for all we know, MAYBE the best is yet to come!
This is one of my most popular podcasts from a few years ago about trying to move forward from a painful experience. Sometimes, it is hard to let go and gain wisdom because we get stuck in the stories of who or what hurt us. And then, we use these stories to try to avoid the pain in the future. But, only the wisdom we cultivate from these experiences--whether it be greater self-love or resilience--acts as the true light, leading us to new possibi...lities.
